- What information do I need in order to book?

- Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Before you travel
- What luggage entitlement will I have?

For each vehicle, there is a maximum number of passengers indicated, and each passenger is entitled to one piece of luggage (regular size).
- Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

If your pick-up point is at the airport, the driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals terminal holding a sign with your name on it. If the pick-up is at a hotel, the driver will be waiting outside the hotel. If your accommodation is within a pedestrian zone, upon receipt of your reservation, we will send you the coordinates for pick-up.
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?
